| Ons het Blue Mountain Lodge besoek vanaf 6-8 Desember 2003. Vandat ons gearriveer het was alles perfek. Vaaf die ontvangs tot by vertrek was daar geen fout nie. Die personeel is baie vriendelik, die cusine uitstekend en die geriewe onberispelik. Hou die goeie werk op en ons sal beslis terugkeer. Puik!!! |

We stayed at Blue Mountain Lodge a few years back - what a wonderful exerpience...

We spent one night at Blue Mountain Lodge last November. Since then we stayed in four different "Leading Hotels of the World." Our stay with you we still remember as an exeptional occasion. We know who's really leading...

I AM WRIGHTING YOU THIS NOTE TO THANK YOU AND ALL YOUR STAFF FOR THE EXEPTIONAL SERVICE AND FRIENDSHIP THAT YOU ALL FORWARDED ME DURING MY STAY IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY.
I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CLIENT OF BLUE MOUNTAIN LODGE FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS NOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED AS A GUEST OVER THESE YEARS,CHANGES IN PATICULAR THE MANAGEMENT IN THE RESORT.
AS I HAD MENTIONED TO YOU IN DECEMBER,DURING MY VISIT PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL I HAD EXPERIANCED A DECLINE IN SERVICE,AND ACTUALLY STARTED TO VISIT ANOTHER LODGE NOT FAR FROM YOU AND STOPPED COMMING TO BML.
THAT WAS UNTIL A FRIEND OF MINE STAYED WITH YOU AS A GUEST AND TOLD ME THAT THE MANAGEMENT HAD CHANGED.I THEN DECIDED TO SPEND A WEEKEND THERE,ANDTEST THE FACILITIES AGAIN.
WELL,NEED I SAY MORE WHAT A DIFFERENCE,BLUE MOUNTAIN LODGE IS BACK TO ITS HIGH STANDARDS,WELL DONE TO YOU FOR NOT ONLY BRINGING THE STANDARDS OF THE RESORT BACK,BUT IMPROVING THEM EVEN MORE.

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our splendid stay with you over the New Year, staying in Manor House 1. All the staff were delightful, and we particularly impressed by Caroline Jackson who is a great asset to you. Our best wishes for the future and we hope to visit Blue Mountain again.
